Jim is an attorney practicing civil defense litigation in Miami, Florida. Originally from Wisconsin, he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1980; clerked for the Hon. James R. Jorgenson in Florida; and is presently employed in the Miami-Dade County Attorney's Office, where he is Chief of the Training and Development Section, and defends the County in civil rights, medical malpractice, and other state and federal actions.
